Play the game properly and use cheats for fun. If you glitch up your 95% complete game because you cheated, tough shit. If you use cheats and save it's YOUR FAULT and anything that happens as a result of these codes is down to you being a cheat and not the game. These range from strange pedestrian behaviour to in-mission characters killing themselves without warning. While there is nothing specifically wrong with using the cheats, saving with them can result in strange side effects while playing the game.
Please Note that saving with button codes is a very bad idea. Many of these codes are the same as those from Vice City, however a lot of new ones have been added.
